A summary of how Credible handles data and the terms that govern use of our services. Full agreements are provided during onboarding.
Privacy
We collect the information needed to verify businesses, process payments and meet our legal obligations, including KYC/KYB data, transaction data and usage data from our dashboard and APIs. We never sell personal data.
Data is shared only with banking, card and payment partners required to process a transaction, with identity-verification and screening providers, and with authorities where the law requires it. Request access to or deletion of your personal data at [email protected].
Terms
Use of Credible is subject to our merchant agreement, acceptable-use policy and the rules of the card networks and payment schemes we connect to. Prohibited businesses include unlicensed gambling or betting, adult content, and other categories listed in our acceptable-use policy.
AML & sanctions
Credible maintains an anti-money-laundering programme including customer due diligence, ongoing monitoring, sanctions screening and suspicious-activity reporting, consistent with our FinCEN MSB registration.
